Our four (en-suite) bedrooms offer great flexibility, with a choice of single, double, twin or super-king arrangement. All rooms have full en-suite facilities with shower, one has a sunken whirlpool bath as well as separate shower cubicle. All rooms have been specifically designed for guest use and improvements are constantly being made. Colour T.V. with fast-text, drinks-making facilities, hair dryer and alarm-clock radio are provided. We use winter or summer-weight duvets as appropriate for the time of year although sheets and blankets are also an option (must be ordered in advance.) WiFi is available throughout the house and for those without a laptop there is also a computer for internet access in the public area.

In keeping with our overall policy of great attention to detail and the well-being of our guests, you will be reassured to know that Lyth Hill House is fully compliant with current Fire Safety regulations. Your room has its own smoke detector, linked electronically to 17 others throughout the house, so that were there to be a fire, you would know immediately.

New for 2008 Room Four has had a major refurbishment, and all rooms have had some minor improvements.	Room 1 - Double Bedroom One - this cosy double room on the ground floor has an en-suite level access shower room. It can also be booked for single occupancy.	Room 2 - Twin or Superking Bedroom Two - the “Room with the view” is a larger room on the ground-floor. Its en-suite facilities include a level access shower. Twin bed or superking (6’) option.	Room 3 - Twin or Superking Bedroom Three is the “Special Occasion” choice, has spacious en-suite facilities with sunken whirlpool bath and separate shower. On the ground-floor with patio doors to the garden.	Room 4 - Single Bedroom Four upstairs This single room, always a favourite with regular guests, now has its own living area as well shower room en-suite. (Re-furbished November 2008)

We have a walker-friendly hall (please see our Walking page for information on walking in the locality) where you can comfortably remove muddy boots and wet coats and leave them to dry. Full facilities for walkers and cyclists are available as required. Whatever your mode of transport, our vast range of tourism leaflets on local attractions will help you to plan your stay with us. Ironing facilities are available on request and we have a very effective airing cupboard. For guests staying several days or who are away from home for a while, we can arrange to do a load of washing and/or drying for you.
