Our four (en-suite) bedrooms offer great flexibility, whether you want single, double, twin or super-king arrangement. All rooms have full en-suite facilities with shower, one has a sunken whirlpool bath as well as separate shower cubicle. All four en-suites have “dual fuel” towel-rail/radiators so that you can have warm, dry towels all year round. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished and equipped with your needs in mind. Of course they are centrally heated, double-glazed and have quality fitted carpets. Each room has ample wardrobe, drawer and cupboard space as well as a desk/dressing table area with excellent lighting. In each room there are either two comfortable chairs or a substantial sofa and one comfortable chair. There is a colour T.V. with fast-text, drinks-making facilities, hair dryer and alarm-clock radio. We use winter or summer-weight duvets as appropriate for the time of year although sheets and blankets are also an option (must be ordered in advance.)

New for 2007 all four en-suites have a towel rail/ radiator with electric element to give you warm, dry towels every day of the year. Also Room Two - complete refurbishment with level access shower.	Room 1 - Double Bedroom One - this cosy double room on the ground floor has an en-suite level access shower room. It can also be booked for single occupancy.	Room 2 - Twin or Superking Bedroom Two - the “Room with the view” is a larger room on the ground-floor. Its en-suite facilities include a level access shower. Twin bed or superking (6’) option.	Room 3 - Twin or Superking Bedroom Three is the “Special Occasion” choice, has spacious en-suite facilities with sunken whirlpool bath and separate shower. On the ground-floor with patio doors to the garden.	Room 4 - Single Bedroom Four upstairs This single room is a real favourite with regular guests and has its own en-suite shower room.

We have a walker-friendly hall (please see our Walking page for information on walking in the locality) where you can comfortably remove muddy boots and wet coats and leave them to dry. Full facilities for walkers and cyclists are available as required. Whatever your mode of transport, our vast range of tourism leaflets on local attractions will help you to plan your stay with us. Ironing facilities are available on request and we have a very effective airing cupboard. For guests staying several days or who are away from home for a while, we can arrange to do a load of washing and/or drying for you.
