These prices are per person per night in each room and include our award-winning breakfast
and full use of all facilities. These include the heated indoor swimming pool,
broadband internet facility and WiFi throughout. All rooms have en-suite facilities.

Terms and Conditions
- Verbal reservations will be held for 5 days, pending receipt of deposit.
- All bookings require a fee of £10 per person per night, deducted from the final balance, payable by cheque or Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Maestro/JCB/Solo/Electron card.
- In the case of cancellation of a confirmed booking at any time, the deposit/booking fee is non-returnable.
Should you need to cancel within one calendar month of due date 50% of the balance is due;
within 2 weeks 75% and within 4 days the balance is due in full.
We do advise you to take out insurance, details of which are available at www.world-first.co.uk - On the day of arrival, rooms are available at a time to suit you from mid-day. (We ask you to provide us with a two hour period during which you expect to arrive.) On the day of departure, checkout time is 11am at the latest.
Please note that payment by cheque is limited to the sum on the cheque guarantee card.
